An MOA
(Joint-Venture Memorandum
Of Agreement)
was just signed recently
(May 28.07) between the
Management of Calicoan
Ocean Villas, Inc with an
American Investor who will
 be putting-up a 240 rooms
Condotel & Villas right beside
 the first 10-ha. Lot Only
Resort Subdivision (CIOV).
The Operator of this upcoming
CONDO-HOTEL development will
be the same management team
that would handle the Property
Management of all the resort-house
villas registered on the
RENTAL POOL.
